Policies regarding missed appointments and late arrivals, and payments
-I respectfully request that you provide me with 24 hrs notice to cancel a scheduled session, via text message (207)370-1166, phone call, or email (to synergybww@gmail.com).
-Although there are justifiable reasons for being late to an appointment, I am unable to work past the scheduled ending time as it will impact the appointments that follow yours.
-If you completely miss your appointment, and do not provide me any notice prior to the scheduled time, I ask for payment in full via Venmo or mailed check. There is a significant amount of time that goes into preparing for a session, and not providing notice eliminates the possibility that your appointment time could have been filled by someone else.
-Payment is due upon completion of service, and I ask that you complete your payment transaction prior to leaving the studio. I currently accept cash, check or Venmo. I can provide a receipt for services, upon request.
