Functional exercise coaching 1:1 – $65 per hour (packages available)

With a keen eye on technique and a sense for strategically pushing effort for beneficial progress, my clients have consistently entrusted me with their fitness goals for over a decade!

Through our interactions, and a nearly constant analysis of the quality of your movements, I will develop an exercise program exclusively designed to meet the needs of your dynamic lifestyle. No two workouts are exactly alike, so your experience will never feel mundane!

Functional Exercise Coaching 2:1 – $85 (packages available)

Whether you are partners in life, or just exercise friends, working out with another person adds an element of motivation for participants. These sessions can still be customized to each participant’s needs within the duo, including modifications on exercises for post-injury rehab, or one’s specific fitness goals. (If this sounds interesting, but you don’t have a workout buddy, I can assist in finding a good match!)

Small Group Training (Price based on number of participants)

This is an incredibly fun and powerful workout! Small group workouts (3-5 participants) will safely push you to give your best for this high-intensity session. Using durations of higher work effort, interspersed with rest periods, my programming will provide you with maximum results in a fun, supportive atmosphere. This circuit style class has been very popular and compliments your regular one-on-one, or partner workouts nicely. As always, modifications for your unique goals and concerns will be provided on the spot! Bring your water and a towel for this one!

Free Consultation With Lisa

This is a free service that I am happy to provide by phone, or if warranted, via Zoom/Skype, to answer any questions you might have about my work, or concerns you may have relative to your massage/fitness goals, health, or an injury.

Topics that may warrant a consultation prior to booking:

  • A physician or other practitioner’s referral for massage or exercise
  • Chronic or acute pain, post-injury healing discomfort, and how therapeutic massage services might benefit you
  • Discussion of modified and progressed exercises, or specific exercise techniques, that may be warranted for you (particularly if you have been injured or feel de-conditioned)

NOTE: Some circumstances may require your Doctor’s written clearance before you can engage in massage and/or exercise programs. A consultation prior to booking is the best way to determine that.
